Within festival "Cinema on the road" about human rights, screenings will be held in Syktyvkar: four films, one per month. Viewers will be able to watch the first film in Revolt Center on September 13. Manager of the center Alyona Zezegova told "7x7" about it.

The screening of the first film, Dissernet. The Evolution of Altruism, will begin at 18:00 on September 13. This is a film about free network organization Dissernet, which checks doctoral theses by examining them for plagiarism and forgeries. After watching the film, there will be a discussion of it, called «Do we need science and scientific titles?» and moderated by human rights activist Igor Sazhin. Admission free.

On October 12, guests of Revolt Center will see the film Liberation: Instructions for Use about life in Siberian mental institutions. On November 23, film about Novaya Gazeta, entitled Novaya, will be shown, including the meeting with director Askold Kurov. On December 1, film Five Minutes of Freedom about a five-minute protest on August 25, 1968 in Moscow at Lobnoye mesto against the ground invasion of Czechoslovakia will be shown. For seven people, this action turned into years of prisons, exile and camps. The authors introduce the viewers to the three participants of those events and those who fight for human rights in modern Russia.

— The main subject of the festival is documentaries and feature films about the protection of human rights. The organizers choose films, relevant to places and situations, on the spot. For Revolt Сenter, we have chosen four films that, in our opinion, are the most relevant for the region and the country and let you have a look at the situation from the outside, think the ongoing events over, — told manager of Revolt Center Alyona Zezegova.

The festival's website says that the screenings have no fixed dates or venues. Films are shown wherever, according to the organizers, it is now necessary to raise the question of human rights violations and the importance of human rights work. Screenings are supported by human rights organizations and local communities. The organizers of the festival are international movement Amnesty International, the Voronezh Human Rights House, international Youth Human Rights Movement, Moscow charitable Civil Assistance Committee, International Memorial.

In 2019, the festival is held in 11 cities of Russia.
