During the Christmas holidays, Chelyabinsk residents complained about their trash not being collected for over a week. In an attempt to draw attention from the administration, they put a photo of Mayor Natalia Kotova on bags of garbage.
Voronezh citizens, facing garbage issues in the city center, expressed their position in a similar way. They thanked Mayor Vadim Kstenin for 'living in shit' and placed his photo on a pile of trash.
